I love Northcott's Stonehenge fabrics and when Patti Carey sent us the images of this new line "Oh Canada" I just couldn't wait to start designing with it. It will be available in quilt shops in June!! Check out the Northcott website to see ALL of their great new fabric lines!

Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine
I got a nice surpise in the mail on Thursday - four copies of the newest edition of Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine! My "Carson's Courtyard" quilt pattern is featured in this issue. Here is a link to the webite: Primitive Quilts & Projects - for this issue they asked each of the designers "What was your favourite project?" I answered with a short blurb about the Fibre Friends Christmas Quilts and this picture of Colleen McMahon and I and the quilt that I made for her this past Christmas - all of which they included in the magazine!

New patterns added to Upper Canada Quiltworks
Nellie and I have been VERY busy designing new patterns for Northcott fabrics. And now that we have finished writing, editing, printing, folding, packing and mailing the hundreds of patterns needed for our last order, I have finally had a few minutes to add the new patterns to our website! Here is the first pattern called Paisley Picnic. The pattern includes directions for both a table topper and a tablerunner. Here is a link to the page: Upper Canada Quiltworks - Patterns page
